I had a special treat today. The Art of Grace (A Creative Collective from church) had a Plein Air art session at Bunker Hills Park this morning. It was great fun. I haven’t done Plein air (that means painting outside) since I moved back to Minnesota in 2007. It was time! And it felt good.
BTW, if you haven’t used your oil paints for a long time, make sure you bring a set of pliers to open the tubes. I had to run home to get some after I tore the skin off my fingers trying to open them!!
