Page 7. October Sun on Gullixson Hall

It is my birthday, so I wanted to spend some time painting. The fall colors have not yet arrived on campus and temperatures have been hovering around 70 in the afternoons.

I only had a one-hour window at the end of the day and the shadows were climbing fast. I quickly tried to capture the October sun against the walls of Gullixson, shining bright against a clear cerulean blue sky.
