Do you ever look around at what is happening in your life, and what is happening in the news, and think, "What is God doing?" Or, maybe, "Is God actually doing anything?"

How do we know what the Holy Spirit is up to in our lives and in the world? I've posted a video for you below where I explore this question. I made it during the pandemic lock-down, but I think its message is still relevant for today and the coming months. Enjoy.

That word has been on my mind a lot lately, both professionally and personally.

Professionally, I am working with a team at Luther Seminary to develop a course called Discerning God's Call. We want to help folks who are in the process of listening to God and figuring out where and what God is calling them to do next. It includes a two night retreat in January. Personally, I am currently working with a group called TidyCo Creative to help me discern what God is calling me to do with my online ministry.
